Why we ask for what we ask for.
We only collect what's needed to tailor your resume and run your account. We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.
Your email and name
Used to create and sign you in to your account (via Clerk), send transactional emails like receipts, and put your name on the resumes you generate. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) — nothing else from your Google account.
Your work history, skills, and the job description you paste
Used to generate your tailored resume. This data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to do the rewriting — Anthropic's commercial API does not train on your inputs. Your profile is stored on our servers so you don't have to retype it for every new posting.
Payment details (Pro and Business plans only)
Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We only receive your billing status and subscription ID so we know which plan to give you.
